This knowledge and foresight helps 8th Light stay at the forefront of the tech consultancy landscape.

Prior to working as an industry consultant, Frank served in a number of leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer at Skills Matter and Valtech USA where he also served on the Board of Directors who took the business public and to a peak $1.4B valuation. Over the course of his career, he was involved in the launch/management of several successful tech-related professional service businesses including Lante Corporation, NVISIA, ObjectSpace, The Mind Electric, Catapult Training, Geniant, projekt202, and L4 Digital/Globant.
