Stacey Boeke made the decision to switch careers from marketing to talent development because she wanted to invest her professional efforts into making work better. Since then, Stacey has worked to ensure growth and development are prioritized wherever she’s led. As 8th Light’s Director of Talent Development, she works with leadership to help 8th Light’s employees unlock their potential.

Prior to 8th Light, Stacey worked as program director for the Taproot Foundation, and then vice president of organizational effectiveness with the Financial Health Network where she led talent development efforts, strengthening their employee engagement efforts and shaping the people strategy. Prior to that she served as the partnership manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters, generating and maintaining relationships with corporate partners.

Stacey enjoys knitting, gardening, sitting by Chicago’s lakefront, and slowly running half marathons. She graduated from the University of Dayton Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and Finance.
