As Director of Practice for Ventures and Mid-market, Adam partners with venture and startup organizations to drive technology solutions and support growing organizations. He builds integrated agile teams capable of scaling products, providing strategic consulting, and modeling development best practices.

Before 8th Light, Adam founded and led a software consulting company for more than a decade, providing technology strategy and product solutions for mid to late-stage software startups. He drove scale for high-growth companies constrained by technical debt, filled the role of fractional CTO for early-stage startups, and established functional, supportive, mentorship-based company culture for technology organizations.
