As a seasoned sales leader and relationship builder, Jon Paradise serves as 8th Light’s Director of Sales and Strategic Solutions. He specializes in driving revenue growth for companies of all sizes — from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises — by identifying challenges, fostering connections, and delivering tailored solutions.
Taking a consultative, results-driven approach, Jon helps clients navigate complex challenges and maximize 8th Light’s expertise in product innovation, experiential design, and engineering. With a proven track record in software and technology services, he has built and led high-performing teams, scaled sales strategies, and developed impactful sales enablement programs.
Before joining 8th Light, Jon was Vice President of Sales at BrandMuscle, where he spearheaded strategic partnerships, optimized sales operations, and implemented go-to-market initiatives that expanded market reach and enhanced client success. He also played a key role in scaling the sales team, driving new business growth, and strengthening client relationships.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Tennessee, with a minor in Information Sciences & IT. Outside of work, he enjoys reading about history, science, entrepreneurship, and investing, as well as playing ice hockey, golfing, gaming, and traveling.
