Juan transitioned into a career in technology at Apple, thriving across a variety of roles, through retail, operations & logistics, onboarding & learning, product engagement, and marketing.

Today, Juan brings his rich, diverse experience to 8th Light, focusing on hiring and fostering an empowering employee culture that champions diversity, innovation, and growth.

Located in New Jersey within the Philadelphia metropolitan area, Juan holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science & Law and a Masters Degree in Merchandising with a minor in Marketing.
