Alex Britnell is a Sales Director, Strategic Solutions at 8th Light, where he partners with clients across industries to design and deliver human-centered software solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. He collaborates closely with client teams and 8th Light’s internal experts to shape strategies that modernize operations, improve productivity, and enhance customer experiences. 

With over 25 years of experience in sales and technology services, Alex has contributed to growth and innovation across a variety of roles, including senior sales leadership and executive positions at Treasury4, SoftServe, HatchWorks AI and as Founder and President of Hamilton Tech Services. His consultative, client-focused approach fosters trust at every level, enabling organizations to align on the right solutions to achieve strategic objectives. 

Based in Glastonbury, Connecticut, Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Connecticut. He also volunteers with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, supporting initiatives that improve the lives of patients and families.
