Camille Shrouder-Henry

As a dedicated and skilled leader with recruitment experience in corporate, startup, and consultancy environments, Camille Shrouder-Henry serves as 8th Light’s Director of Talent Acquisition. Her smart and analytical nature, attention to detail, and innovative recruitment strategies make her an all-star in finding great talent in a competitive labor market.

Before joining 8th Light, Camille worked at Fleet Complete, where she excelled at connecting with candidates and internal stakeholders, serving as their global director of talent acquisition. Camille also worked as a regional recruiter for Paramount Staffing, sourcing and recruiting talent.

Camille is a graduate of McMaster University where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business, and York University where she got her Masters in Human Resources Management.
