Hellen Orwa is an Account Director and Product & Delivery Leader with over 13 years of experience guiding complex technology initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes. She partners with clients to shape strategy, modernize operations, and deliver transformative solutions across custom software, cloud, AI, analytics, and human-centered design.
 

Hellen brings deep expertise in modernizing delivery models, leveraging AI and analytics, and executing large-scale digital transformation programs for Fortune 500 and mid-market clients. Her experience spans multiple industries—including healthcare, education, financial services, supply chain and transportation, manufacturing, insurance, telecoms and tech—where she has led global delivery teams to implement mission-critical platforms. 
 

With a consultative and outcome-driven approach, she helps clients accelerate time-to-value, builds trusted client relationships, and orchestrates cross-disciplinary teams to achieve business outcomes and deliver large-scale initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and elevate customer and stakeholder experiences.
 

Before joining 8th Light, Hellen held project leadership roles at Kin + Carta (now Valtech), Denver Health, World Education Services, British Telecom, and MTN Group. She holds advanced certifications in Product Management, Project Management (PMP), and Agile/Scrum, and earned her Master’s in Marketing Communication from the University of Denver.
