Kristin Kaeding

Serving as Head of Delivery, Kristin Kaeding is an experienced technology professional who delivers high-quality software solutions in a wide range of technologies, industries, and countries. Throughout her career, Kristin has consulted on and delivered solutions that span from education technology to web applications for clients and nonprofits.

Kristin has served as account director, project director, lead developer, and team lead on a number of projects. As technical and team lead, Kristin helped usher a digital platform serving the travel industry from growing startup to being white-labeled, and finally through acquisition. She’s helped clients address numerous challenges through an integrated approach.

Before she joined 8th Light, Kristin spent time working as an independent builder and developer in the field of education, specifically dealing with early learning. She was also co-founder of Spyralvision Inc., a web and learning applications vendor and consultancy with a diverse client base from Fortune 500 to not-for-profits. As a graduate of University of Illinois, Chicago, Kristin earned her Master’s Degree from DePaul University.
