Shawn brings to the role 25 years of customer-facing experience across various areas of responsibility, from technical pre-sales to delivery and growth leadership. Prior to joining 8th light, Shawn spent the last 15 years driving measurable enterprise value through technical professional services at HatchWorks AI, Kin + Carta (formerly Solstice, now Valtech), Mobiquity, and Appirio.

Shawn is an active growth mentor of the Chicago tech community through various organizations such as Chicago Innovation. He also contributes thought leadership to the global enterprise growth community by collaborating with experts in their field, and is a regular patron of the arts through event promotion, musical performance as a DJ, and artist sponsorship.
