Tina Indalecio

Tina Indalecio is passionate about people and creating inclusive and high-performing cultures that drive business outcomes. As 8th Light’s Director of Learning & Development, she leverages her extensive experience in organizational development, learning strategy, and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging), to build capabilities that benefit our people, business and clients.

Prior to joining 8th Light, Tina managed a large consulting practice and led a global managed service team for Google that drove partner enablement, readiness, training, and certification goals for Google Cloud's 150+ top partners.

Tina holds a BA in Criminology, Law & Society from the University of California, Irvine and an MS in Instructional Science and Technology from California State University Monterey Bay. In addition, she is certified in change management and several DEIBJ-related topics.

When she is not working, you can find Tina out hiking, in the garden growing veggies, or on the water training as a competitive outrigger and dragon boat paddler.
