Our DE&I efforts are a work in progress, just like the teams of passionate professionals who craft them. We’ve spent the last few years embedding a DE&I lens across everything we do — including hiring practices, promotion panel of peers, equity evaluation and salary transparency, and flexible work schedule.
We’re still adding programs and striving to be intentional in how we work to provide a sense of belonging and growth opportunities to all our employees. We have regular checkpoints and feedback mechanisms that enable upward feedback, and empower us to iterate on the systems that support, challenge, and inspire our teams.
We believe that diversity makes our team better. We recognize that creating a truly diverse, equitable and inclusive organization is an ongoing journey. That’s why all of our interviewers undergo anti-bias training, and we have internal community support groups for people of color, women’s leadership, LGBTQ+, and more.
Outside of our teams, we intentionally foster a positive, inclusive community where everyone can learn and grow together.
We know firsthand the importance of being seen and heard in the workplace. We facilitate, support, and invite opportunities for team members to create channels and other methods to connect, allowing our people to bring their full identity to work.
Internal interest groups to virtual social activities help colleagues stay connected and feel a sense of belonging. And the Diversity Committee ensures our commitment to reduce unconscious bias, and ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
